I feel like this is a bit of an homage to Tonne Goodman who showed us all that white jeans can be - should be - the bedrock of any uniform strategy! As usual, so much charming Inspo in this post! Happy Fall!

Love thatparallel! I am so craving simplicity akin to what she’s mastered these days.

I grew up wearing uniforms to school, a situation I loved. As soon as I "aged out" of convent school I started constructing my own variations on a "uniform" that reflected the various stages of my work/personal life. But when I saw Tonne in that black turtleneck/white jeans/loafers it all just popped into focus for me. A modern day Jackie K who was my original style icon, I've never looked back. Time to restock fresh turtlenecks. I'm actually loving Banana Republic and Lilly Pulitzer white jeans these days....loads of style for a really good price point. So craving simplicity!

Send some links! Would love to see the Lily Pulitzer in particular. Are they stretch or non?

LOL....at my age, always stretch! This is the style I like - South Ocean high rise - but it seems to be out of stock in white at the moment. They are usually included in the annual sales they have which are terrific. There are several other white jeans that you might like. But don't sleep on these coated jeans. I have them and also wear them constantly! https://www.lillypulitzer.com/30-south-ocean-high-rise-coated-skinny-jean/020538.html?dwvar_020538_color=005

Slight segue but thoughts on this top? https://deering.world/products/high-pressure-knit-grey

It's layered here with a yellow tee too https://deering.world/products/the-good-day-jean-indigo

We're still in the freeze here in Aus, so I'm still layering up in Sept!

Loving all of these looks so much. 🔥You inspired me to try Moussy denim a few posts back, and I absolutely love them. There is something about ripped energy with a slinky form-fit top that is just so perfect!! Now, off to practice the formula this week! 🤍Outfit math is the best homework. 📄

Leandra, the sizing on those skinny Aflalo jeans? Best taken a size up to avoid the "skin tight, too skinny" or are they true to size for you?

Depending on brand, I am somewhere between 24 and 26. These are a 25 and fit exactly how I want them to. There’s no stretch and I def FEEL them on me but not to such a degree of magnitude that I’m THINKING about my body, if that makes sense

I’m generally a 25-26 in most denim and I went with a 26 in the Aflalo skinnies. They are perfection! I even bought a second pair🤭
