That’s me in the first photo in my aunt’s vintage raccoon coat from Creeds (an old luxury mini-department store in Toronto, where she was from)! The speedcats on the other hand were $40 on Depop…

I’m just hoping Chemena Kamali’s 70s revival influence keeps making cuffs and collars bigger and bigger.

I sport a (vintage) jet mink when it drops below 5 here. Warmer than any puffer, full fairy-tale villainess. Children stroke me in the street.

Bring it on!! Love all of the newer ways of styling the 70's clothing. As someone who grew up in that era (in SF, no less) it was a LOT. But can be so good in small doses! And the coats were always good.

Love seeing what your eye is drawn to on the streets! Love the drama in the coats bringing life and excitement in the dreary and extra cold winter. So good!

Love this topic! Over the past month, I’ve been building a small collection of photos of women in Paris wearing stunning pieces. Lately, I’ve been trying to capture videos too, as some outfits truly come to life in motion.

Speaking of style, I’ve been meaning to ask you something since reading the newsletter on how to wear black: which model of pants are the Callas ones? The link in both newsletters only directs me to the homepage.

Hi! They are the Jules. Love your point about an outfit in motion too. I love doing the street reports because outfits are imbued with life when you see them IRL. It’s so much about the energy
